【解析】本句主句是He has put forward unquestioned claims so consistently，后面是引导的状语从句，最后的that they are true是做convince的宾语从句。状语从句中，还使用了not only..., but...的句型，has convinced和believes的主语一样，都是he。
【译文】他提出的论断总是不容置疑，以至于不仅仅他自己相信了这些论断，而且也说服了工商界的管理层相信其正确性。
