一、复试过程中导师最反感的回答与行为
1.穿着不得体，举止不文雅
复试的穿着打扮千万不要以“我认为好看”为标准，
染发、纹身、奇装异服、浓妆艳抹，坚决say no！！
记住导师需要的是搞科研的talent！并不需要来学校走秀的model！
衬衣，领带/领结，淡妆即可；
同样重要的是随时面带微笑，充满自信，开头要向各位老师礼貌问好。
2.自我介绍与简历内容重合度太高
我可看过太多人自我介绍的时候又把简历上的内容给导师背一遍。
这可是自我介绍中的大忌啊！！！
既然给了导师简历，为啥还要重复一遍简历上的内容？
导师希望看到的是即将成为研究生的你，具备什么科研能力，发过几篇文章，本科的成绩（专业课）成绩如何？
而不是我来自哪里，欢迎导师们来玩，我大学参加了很多个社团......
3.回答假！大！空！，给导师画大饼
导师：能说一下你的读研规划嘛？
你：好好学习，好好做实验，争取发论文，最后找个好工作，放心吧导师，研究生期间我一定能成为你有史以来最好的弟子......
大错特错！！！！
首先你的回答需要有逻辑性，比如研一我准备......,研二我准备......,研三我准备......。其次还要给自己留有回旋的余地，比如，如果研三导师想让自己继续读博，自己也有强烈的意愿继续读书，我定会毫不犹豫地选择读博。
4.不懂装懂
切记，如果遇到自己不懂的问题，
先道歉！！！！
要实事求是的说，自己对这方面的研读尚浅（千万别说没有复习到），如果知道其中任意一个观点，可就一个观点展开说；若啥都不知道，就别扯的天花乱坠，台下做的都是业内大佬，一眼就能看出你这人老实不老实。
记住！啥都不知道，委婉道歉就行！！
5.回答太直，毫无情商
导师：你为什么选择我们学校？
我：因为这个学校比较好考，太好的学校我考不上......
这不是大型社死现场吗？？
这样说相当于你变相指着下面各位导师的鼻子说道：“你们不行！”
正确的回答方式应该是：先夸专业在全国排名靠前、再夸学校学风好，环境好，宿舍好，食堂好吃、最后夸导师，夸学院。（此处最好去学院官网了解各位老师基本信息）
反正问到这个问题，一顿夸就完事（但马屁也不要拍的太过，注意把握分寸！）
6.你以为的笑话，导师却看你“笑话”
导师：请问你有什么特长呢？
你：我腿特长！！！！
你以为导师会笑的人仰马翻？
那你就大错特错了！！
这个问题导师并不是想真的了解你的兴趣爱好。
而是想通过你的兴趣爱好，了解你的性格与为人处事。
比如：我的爱好是打篮球，曾经是院篮球队队长，带领球队拿过全校篮球比赛的第三名，再说一下自己是怎么团结球队，怎么以弱胜强的！
举这个例子
是让导师看重你带领团队的能力，和像团队凝聚剂一样的优秀特性。
而不是看重你会打篮球.......
7.吹自己牛逼，自卖自夸
你牛逼，导师比你更牛逼，
复试现场想表达自己的优秀，可以写在简历上，
导师没问，就别一直吹自己吹的天花乱坠，
导师感兴趣，会问，
没问，也不代表对你没有兴趣，导师有眼睛，看得见！
记住！牛逼的人往往更谦虚！
8.准备多年，考研报班
考研能从大一开始准备嘛？
当然可以！

Q:Why do you prepare for the graduate school entrance exam?
A:Firstly,when I was a junior,I asked my teacher about(对与自己专业有疑惑的点),he/ she gave me a brief explanation and told me that if I wanted to get real advancement in my major,further education would be a best choice. Secondly,I am not a person who is easily satisfied with the present accomplishment and it is still urgent for me to purse further study just out of my inner obsession with the major. Q:Can you talk about your plans in the postgraduate study?
A: I've already made a plan for my postgraduate study. In the first year, I will focus all my energy on studying professional knowledge and mastering research methods in the field. Secondly, I will read all the books recommended by my supervisors and read as many books as possible. The next year, I will determine my own research direction. At the same time, I will actively participate in the experiment and scientific research of my supervisors and do a good job in supporting work.In the third year, I will try my best to write valuable papers with high level. A:It is clear that success and failure coexist in the life. If I could not pass the test this time,it means that I am not adequate to some extent,not only in the way of professional knowledge,but also in the practical aspect. I will face up to the issues, read more professional books and practice myself under the guidance of acquired professions. Through these ways,I will spare no efforts to correct my imperfections. Regardless of what the result is,I will never give up on the pursuit of my dream

A:I'm so sorry, professors. I did have failed one class before. I just joined the Students'Union at that time. There were so many affairs in the Students'Union that I can not pay more attention to study. I have had a deep reflection since then. First, I understood that there is no shortcut to learning. Second, I could not be conceited. I will correct my attitude,draw a clear distinction between the primary and the secondary, and strive for excellent results in every course.
非常抱歉，老师，我之前确实有一门课挂科了。我那时刚加入学生会。学生会的事情太多以至于我没有充分的时间去复习。那次挂科之后，我自己也深刻反省，*一，我明白了学习是没有捷径的;第二，不能自以为是。以后我定端正态度，分清主次，争取每门课程都取得优异的成绩。
